Patrick is known for creating over-the-top looks with glitter, colour, bold lips, big lashes, and highlight that can be seen from outer space. What we're seeing from his collab is a 12 piece collection of demure nudes and his own version of the M.A.C's iconic red lipstick, Ruby Woo lipstick, called Patrick Woo.
Given that I had been watching Patrick on YouTube for the last couple of years, and I know how much he loves makeup and that he loves to cake that ish on. (But seriously though, his baking techniques really helped me understand how to create on-camera and event makeup and I can proudly say that I've never needed a touch up when I do my own face!). I was quick to chalk up his collection to be tame at first glance but once I started to photograph the pieces and really look at the shades did I understand his intentions.
His collaboration is meant to suit everyone - all skin tones, ages, and makeup preferences, whether it be natural or full glam. The warm pinks, perfect nudes, and classic reds are sure to look beautiful on, well, everyone because,
as Patrick says, "Makeup is one size fits all!"
M.A.C's collaboration with Patrick Starrr is limited edition and consists of beautiful nude shades and iconic reds.
